POLAR MAGIC Scharfenstein

The POLAR MAGIC at Scharfenstein Castle illuminates the castle facade in the colorful hues of the Northern Lights and invites you into imaginative worlds of ice and snow. A 1.2 km circular path leads through more than 15 rooms, over stairs and undiscovered corners of the castle. The highlight inside: "Anima Nivis." The poetically designed room installation by HELMNOT THEATER and Wunderräume GmbH transports young and old to the far north – where the Northern Lights make the sky shine. Together with the snowy owl, polar bear, and arctic fox, you will embark on a quest to find the stolen snow. From miniature figures to five-meter-tall snow kings, from picturesque sounds to the rumbling and cracking of the now not eternal ice, there is much to discover and learn. The illuminated Christmas and toy museum makes every eye shine on this journey. Delicious culinary offerings are provided at the new Stülpners Schenke and on the cozy castle terrace with a fantastic view of the landscape.
