Concert: Dr. Motte – Our Future Is Now

Dr. Motte is undoubtedly a key figure in the electronic music scene who most deserves the title of a legend. The heart of the Berlin-born DJ, producer, and pioneer beats noticeably at the intersection of music, activism, and peaceful community. For forty years, he has shaped not only the sound and aesthetics but also the spirit of the techno scene. The "Love Parade," which Dr. Motte founded in 1989 as a small non-verbal dance demonstration with a few ravers, quickly evolved into the largest techno event in world history. The parade reached its peak in 1999 with an incredible 1.5 million people dancing peacefully through the streets of Berlin. However, for Dr. Motte, it has never been just about hosting an unforgettable rave. He wanted to create a special place where people from all walks of life could show their true selves and feel connected to something greater. This vision continues to drive him today. In 2019, he launched "Rave The Planet," a new parade in Berlin with a clear goal: to demonstrate that techno is culture and must be seen and protected as such. Through his non-profit work, he has significantly contributed to the recognition of the Berlin techno scene as an intangible cultural heritage by the German UNESCO Commission. This is an immense step towards preserving the roots and significance of electronic music. In his element behind the decks, Dr. Motte creates unforgettable moments. His DJ sets are known for being unpredictable, energetic, and above all, captivating, catapulting listeners on an intense journey through the techno universe. Whether he is performing in an underground club, at a large festival, at a parade with hundreds of thousands of ravers, or during a Boiler Room stream, his sets feel like cosmic transmissions from another world: intense, uplifting, and exhilarating. As a person and as an artist, Dr. Motte is characterized by his commitment to his original values. Even after many years in the business, he continues to fight for fairness, unity, and creative freedom, both on and off the dance floor. In 2025, he will celebrate his 40th anniversary not only as a DJ but also as a cultural icon: a peace activist who pumps beats and rhythms into the vision of a better world. His sets lead directly to collective ecstasy, where people come together to dance, rave, and temporarily dissolve in pure euphoria as a collective.

Marc van Linden
The Hanoverian DJ, producer, and label owner Marc van Linden has already produced a series of sought-after tracks and remixes. His current solo singles "Dreamworld" (on Paul van Dyk's label Vandit Records), "Beautiful Together" (on Giuseppe Ottaviani's label GO Music / Black Hole Recordings), and "Fusion" (on Aly & Fila's label Future Sound Of Egypt), as well as his past releases like Forbidden Love, AM 2 PM, Wackelpeter (with DJ legend and founder of the Love Parade – Dr. Motte), are true club hits and have been played in many clubs. They have been pushed and played by many global players such as Paul van Dyk, Ferry Corsten, Tiesto, Aly & Fila, and Giuseppe Ottaviani, to name just a few. MVL's DJ and producer career began in 1996 when he was signed to various German independent labels, but in recent years his career has made significant leaps forward, allowing him to play many events in the A-League! In early 2003, Marc van Linden delivered a series of high-quality remixes that helped spread his name worldwide and earn him the well-deserved respect of the global DJ community. These include his remixes of Ferry Corsten's Starparty – I'm In Love, Marc et Claude feat. Maria Nayler – Free Spirit, and his outstanding remixes on Paul van Dyk's label Vandit Records, Ministry Of Sound, Discover & Euphonic. In 2004, Marc founded his own label, Midway Records. His label is a platform for new & innovative artists, as well as Marc's own productions. Marc is currently busy traveling around the globe to promote and present his typical MVL SOUND. Marc has already performed in the UK (Turnmills/The Gallery, Ministry Of Sound, Goodgreef, Crasher, Wildchild, etc.), Loveparade, Womb in Tokyo, Vandit Night in Berlin, Eden – Ibiza, and countries that have hosted Marc van Linden include the USA, Japan, Australia, China, Canada, Thailand, Indonesia, Sweden, Estonia, Russia, France, Poland, to name just a few of his worldwide stops.

Ewelina Koll is a DJ and producer from Warsaw, Poland, known for her elegant yet powerful techno style. Her sets are characterized by driving rhythms, atmospheric layers, and a clear dramatic flow that takes the audience on an energetic and emotional journey.
