Vernissage: Self-Education for Health

Consciously experiencing the atmosphere in nature. What is it like to hike up a path on a frozen blanket of snow in winter? In nature, there are many different moods to experience. Often, we perceive them more unconsciously; we seek them out, driven by a desire for a specific experience. How does one experience the wintry sphere? One experiences the contrast between the solidity and centeredness of the ground and the vast, free, open upper sphere and the light. The upper realm, the light, and the sky feel purer. The new exhibition from January 7 to March 28, 2026, includes suggestions for promoting health. The content and examples are simple, practical, and can be understood and practiced by anyone without prior knowledge. The exercises and ideas come from the fields of nutrition, yoga, breathing, and nature.
