Sunday Tours in the Schorfheide - In Advent to Lake Werbellin and Askanierturm

"Werbellinsee and Askanierturm" Eichhorst, Rosenbeck, and Wildau – as beautiful as the names promise. The picturesque Werbellinsee not only offers a wonderful view, but it has also been an inspiration for many songs. The fairytale-like Askanierturm emerges – along with the legendary electors whose names it bears. At the Werbellin Canal, Master Beaver has completed his work, and a stone bison also evokes astonishment. Along the way, you will learn what a "Schelch" is and that there are connections to the Nibelungen.... The hike is at your own risk with Thomas Röhlinger, certified nature and landscape guide. Don't forget provisions and sturdy footwear. In case of continuous rain or severe weather risk, a short-term cancellation of the tour is possible. The hike is at your own risk. Meeting point: 10 AM at the bison monument in the center of Eichhorst. Duration: approx. 4 hours (9 km), max. 15 people.
