City Tour: SINGER Tour

The history of Wittenberge as the city of sewing machines begins in the 20th century. "Karl Singer" will guide you through the former factory grounds of the sewing machine factory and has much to share about the former largest production site for sewing machines in Europe. Climb the 192 steps with him and discover a different era of the history of the city of sewing machines on each floor. The exhibition "A Veritas is Born" also showcases the development of a sewing machine from the casting process through the elaborate manufacturing to its completion and shipping.
