At the Art Garden Festival in Dissen, there is a unique opportunity to watch artists from various genres at work. On our museum meadow, painters, photographers, textile artists, and even musicians showcase their skills. In a plein air session organized by the School for Lower Sorbian Language and Culture, under the direction of Gabriele Gittel, watercolors, drawings, and smaller works are created. You will find the artists under the tall old trees behind the church, in the museum garden, and in the medieval settlement "Stary lud." Watch the creators at work, observe their choice of motifs and the creative process, and engage in conversation with them. Jewelry, watercolors, oil paintings, textile works, and many other beautiful items will be available for purchase.
