These rodents live up to their name! The Prevost's squirrel in the Biosphere Potsdam belongs to the beautiful squirrels, originally from Southeast Asia, and is quite large, measuring about 24 centimeters in length with a tail of the same length. In rainforests, the squirrels are primarily found in tall trees, but they also search for food on the ground. Meeting point: At the bird aviaries.
