Visual and musical arts are my life elixir. By bringing my colorful inner self as an expression of my world, my creative dedication, and imagination to the outside with brush and spatula through vibrant colors full of energy, I want to evoke something in the viewer with my paintings, to bring to light something that has not yet been shown. I draw my inspirations from everywhere, whether in the small things of everyday life or in museums, galleries, of course in nature, especially in music or social life. Sometimes I paint to specific music, connecting music and my painting hand. At times, I use specific colors (e.g., blue for water and life, vitality, strength... gold for power and wealth, abundance and joy, sun, but also exclusion, violence...) for a theme that occupies me. Often, each stroke has a meaning, and shapes emerge that support the painting's expressiveness. I experience inner freedom by gathering my ideas in silence and then starting to experiment with the respective technique (oil, acrylic, watercolor) and colors, seeing what comes and develops. In doing so, I try to tame and minimize the abundance in my head and on the canvas. Often, hidden shapes, symbols, even people and animals appear in my paintings. Therefore, I gladly invite the viewer to dive into my painting to see for themselves. The opening of the exhibition will take place on Friday, January 9, 2025, at 7:00 PM – an evening where art, encounter, and inspiration come together.
