Family concert with organist Cameron Carpenter

Organ star Cameron Carpenter will perform a concert in the Great Hall at 11:00 AM (especially recommended for families and children aged 6 and up). He will improvise the soundscape for the silent film comedy The Tramp, written and starring Charlie Chaplin, on the "Queen of Instruments." Afterwards, Carpenter will explain his instrument in a playful manner – because, like an iceberg, only the tip is visible in the hall; the majority of this fascinating yet complex instrument is hidden from view...
