I am particularly looking forward to these evenings! It is a Quality Me-Time Deluxe for me, as these meetings combine various tools that promote our personal development and also allow space for current topics and concerns of the participants.

So, what exactly happens: The process is generally as follows: we start with a short warm-up and open the circle. The focus is on our unused potentials. The aim is to identify and bring them to life. We use various tools (embodiment, journaling, drawing, natural materials, flowers, etc.) to train our perception, and through appreciative exchange in the group, we gain insights, tips, ideas, etc. for our "problems and topics." These meetings are solely about the positive. No problems are dwelled upon. By focusing on the positive, the "topics" also transform.
