Harvest Festival Aurich

On this day, the Aurich marketplace is fully in the hands of farmers and farm women from Aurich and the surrounding area. Plants, arrangements, pumpkins, and many treats attract numerous guests. The farm women bake delicious cakes and East Frisian specialties like Prüllkers, a sweet East Frisian pastry made in a boiling pan. Sausages, cheese, and vegetables from local production can be tasted and purchased everywhere. A musical program and information booths about agriculture and healthy eating round out the event.
