In Sound Yoga, the primarily floor-based Yin Yoga is accompanied by the sounds of wonderful singing bowls. The singing bowls are either positioned around the body or placed on the body. The combination of yoga with singing bowls enhances the effects, bringing about lightness, joy, and deep inner peace. No prior knowledge is required. Suitable for anyone who enjoys a calm style of yoga. Duration: 90 minutes, cost per session per participant: €20.
