The visionary director Baz Luhrmann (Moulin Rouge, Elvis) brings music legend Elvis Presley back to life: long-lost recordings, worldwide hits, and an unparalleled voice in unprecedented sound quality – EPIC: ELVIS PRESLEY IN CONCERT is a concert film like no other ever seen in cinemas! During the filming of his multiple Oscar®-nominated film Elvis (2022), Luhrmann discovered the long-thought-lost footage of the legendary Elvis concert films from the 1970s. Together with unpublished Super 8 films from the Graceland archives, the film negatives were restored using state-of-the-art technology. The result is more than just a concert film with impressive image and sound quality. Luhrmann gives Elvis himself a voice in his story! Source: upig.de
