Vernissage (Free Admission) Exhibition Duration until November 5 "The originality of his works is refreshing and exciting to behold. It brings a unique perspective to the art world." Anna Gaikovich (Painter and Visual Artist) Sergej Luzewitsch was born in 1968 in Minsk, Belarus. His passion for art developed at a young age. He attended a school for gifted children in Minsk, where he received artistic training and learned various techniques such as drawing, painting, and sculpture. After his studies, Sergej moved to Bobruisk, also in Belarus, where he deepened his ceramic skills, a logical progression of his artistic education. In 1986, he moved to Germany, where he currently lives and established his studio in Frankfurt (Oder). Sergej Luzewitsch is particularly known for his meticulous and detailed work, which brings character and expression to his pieces. The focus is primarily on figurative representation, with special attention to the female form. Inspired by masters like Michelangelo, he seeks to explore the beauty and complexity of the human figure in his drawings and paintings. Sergej mainly uses pastel, charcoal, and watercolor on paper, creating works that capture the essence of his subjects with emotional depth and technical finesse. His work reflects his passion for art and his commitment to capturing truth and beauty in every line and stroke. For more information: Old School Barn
