RangerTour: Wild Herbs and Bathing in the Forest

The picturesque nature trail along the Kunster invites us to embark on a circular hike through ancient beech forests and across a wet meadow. We will get to know wild herbs such as garlic mustard, meadowsweet, and wild valerian, listen to the calls of black woodpeckers and others, take in the scent of the forest floor, and taste the cool spring water from the Koch spring. With all our senses, we will immerse ourselves in the forest ecosystem, accompanied by guided forest bathing exercises and herbal knowledge from the rangers.
