Experience and summer atmosphere in the city center On Thursdays, May 21, June 18, and July 16, 2026, the city center will once again become a lively meeting place for young and old. Under the motto "Kids in the City," the center of downtown Bretten will be transformed into a children's paradise on the days of the event. From 2:00 p.m. to 6:30 p.m., individual play and activity stations for all age groups will be set up in the pedestrian zone, on the market square, and on Weißhofer Straße. You can look forward to even more stations. In addition to classics such as XXL Connect Four, a painting and sand play area, there will be a fishing game, table soccer, spikeball, table tennis, and much more. On these days, the city center offers a special combination of games, fun, and a relaxed shopping experience for the whole family. In addition, the city center will also become a cozy meeting place in the evening hours. From 6:00 p.m., everyone is invited to the "after-work party" to end the working day with music, dancing, and a small selection of summery, light specialties and various drinks on the church square, and thus experience a little bit of that vacation feeling in Bretten.
