Gently nestled in the valley landscape of the Northern Black Forest, in close proximity to the reservoir, at the foot of the Spitzbuckel. Here on the Spitzbuckel, the Spitzbuckel spring also originates, whose soft mountain spring water provides the ideal foundation for our delicious beers. Using only the highest-quality ingredients, we craft traditional beers according to the German Purity Law of 1516. We use malts from the region and high-quality hops. At the same time, we place great importance on the yeast cultures we use. After primary fermentation, our beers are bottled unfiltered. Then secondary fermentation takes place in the bottle. This makes every bottle unique. Before being enjoyed, each beer undergoes a long aging period to become a special taste experience.
