Werder Christmas Market

On the first Advent weekend, from November 28 to November 30, 2025, the traditional Werder Christmas Market will take place. The program starts on Friday around 4 PM and offers contemplative highlights on all three days. The selection of vendors and exhibitors will be as varied and diverse as ever, showcasing what our region has to offer. From honey products to handmade Christmas decorations, and from the popular potato spiral to classic bratwurst, there will be something for everyone. Beverage-wise, there will also be plenty to enjoy. Delicious mulled wine, children's punch, hot chocolate, honey mead, and more are just some of the specialties on offer. This year, there will again be our special highlight for children - the Elf Workshop! Here, kids can not only warm up briefly but also take advantage of numerous crafting opportunities, create small edible houses, get their faces painted, or take a selfie in front of a great backdrop. Surely, Santa Claus will make an appearance as well. The colorful stage program should not be missed either. Acts for the little ones and live music of various genres will provide good entertainment throughout the opening hours. Additionally, a stilt walker will be roaming around, and Santa will distribute sweets daily.
