Summer Vacation Program: Wood Workshop

In this workshop, participants will learn the basics of woodworking and implement their own small wood projects. What can participants expect?: – Historical insights on wood and timber construction – Basic woodworking techniques – Realization of their own small wood projects, e.g., building a small wooden frame under guidance – Introduction to the fundamentals of carpentry – Practical exercises in creating wood joints – Instruction on safety rules and tool knowledge in carpentry – Interesting facts about woodworking and useful tips and tricks – Instructions with practical details Participants will immerse themselves in the world of woodworking, unleash their creativity, and broaden their horizons in our wood workshop. Experienced carpenters will be on hand to provide advice and assistance. They will realize their own small wood projects, with historical and modern craftsmanship techniques playing a significant role.
