City Tour: Jewish Life in Zwickau – A Digital Trail Search with Actionbound

As part of the Year of Jewish Culture in Saxony 2026, the youth section of the Old Gasometer invites you to an interactive city tour. The event offers an introduction to the topic "Jewish Life in Zwickau" as well as a presentation of the app "Actionbound," which allows participants to go on a digital quest. What did Jewish life in Zwickau look like in the past? Where were the synagogue, shops, or residential houses of Jewish families located? With the app, guests can discover historical sites, explore traces of Jewish history, and reflect on memory culture – accompanied by photos, original documents, interviews, and quiz questions.
