Thorsten Bär – The Bear is Loose!

Thorsten Bär, a native of Hesse and a resident of Hamburg, has been a prominent figure in the German comedy scene since 2010. Parody, field reporting, hosting, or stand-up: there is hardly a humor discipline that he does not master effortlessly. Now, Bär is also out during the Advent season to humorously sweeten our Christmas stress. Who needs stollen or cookies when you have him! His victory at the RTL Comedy Grand Prix in 2018 propelled Thorsten Bär's career to new heights. In his stand-up program and shows, he has shared the stage with stars like Dieter Hallervorden, Mike Krüger, and Hape Kerkeling. This was followed by numerous major TV appearances, including on Mario Barth's shows and in the Amazon Prime production "Chris Tall presents." Since 2022, Thorsten Bär has also been on a major tour across Germany in his signature role as "UWE! - The District League Coach."
