Spring hike from Luckenwalde to Jüterbog

The Teltow Tourist Information cordially invites you to a hike to welcome the arrival of spring. The tour will be led by the experienced hiking guide Michael Braun. Starting from Luckenwalde train station, we will traverse the notable historic old town and pass by the famous hat factory. Shortly thereafter, we will find ourselves in the forested area between the Baruther Urstromtal and the southern Fläming region. We will walk through the Zinna Forest to the Zinna Monastery, where we will explore the expansive monastery complex. Continuing through woods and fields, we will head to Jüterbog: we will circle the baroque city layout and walk through the Zinna suburb to the Zinna Gate. From there, we will stroll through the medieval city center with its marketplace, town hall, and Franciscan monastery. The tour concludes at the Jüterbog train station, which was established in 1841 as one of the first train stations in Brandenburg.
