Schools are in a state of emergency. Many teachers are retiring, and not enough young, motivated educators are stepping in. But let's be honest: Who wants to expose themselves to a classroom where puberty is experienced between Roblox and ChatGPT? So why become a teacher? To uphold the educational legacy? To guide young people? Or is it really just for the holidays? Wait! Class management tasks, grading, lesson preparation. 40 hours a week are not enough for that. School is a microcosm where the future of our society is shaped, where one can encounter all the highs and lows of life, and where gratitude often follows disappointment closely behind. It actually sounds quite romantic. But for how much longer?
