He is around 50, and the rings of prosperity around his hips make every scale weep. After more than 30 years without sports, he decides to finally get back into it. Not only to get fitter but also to impress his office crush, Susanne. He takes on the modern fitness craze and plunges into the depths of hardcore cardio, knockout boxing, and super power yoga stretching. Where there's a will, there's not always a way. And the last will still be the last. It's also unfortunate that Andy's wife, Katrin, has caught on to the reason for his sudden ambition and has promptly kicked him out to a shabby hotel room.
