Guide Silvia Friedrich explains the significance of the vineyards for the monks and how a traditional grape harvest was carried out. You can enjoy the view of the numerous vine stocks that have weathered the winter well and may have already begun to sprout. From the bare vine stocks, lush green leaves emerge.
