With wine guide Silvia Friedrich, experience a hike amidst the vineyards in our expansive monastery landscape. Guide Silvia Friedrich explains the significance of the vineyards for the monks and how a traditional grape harvest was carried out. You can enjoy the view of the numerous vine stocks that have weathered the winter well and may have already begun to sprout. From the bare vine stocks, lush green leaves emerge. In the month of April, the winemakers focus on the vineyard soil – its structure, greening, and nutrient content. Learn more about viticulture and let yourself be enchanted by the sights of spring!
