Vacation time means being creative, designing together, and taking time to explore the history of true natural treasures. How did amber end up on the North Sea coast, how old is it, and what varieties exist? These questions and other secrets will be revealed. When wind and weather stir up the North Sea floor, the gold of the seas is washed ashore to the island beaches and the coast. The focus of this event is to polish it and turn it into an individual piece of art. Create your own keepsake or a gift for someone special. Stone, sandpaper, polishing paste, and a cord for a necklace or bracelet are included in the price. Tickets are available at the East Frisia Wadden Sea Center or on the website of the same name.
