Smudging Herb Hike in Langenstein

At the beginning, we will tune in with a small meditation by the pond and open our senses to nature. Afterwards, we will embark on a journey together to discover native herbs that are wonderful for smoking. I will show you how to safely identify these plants, gather them mindfully, and bind them into your own smudge bundle. At the end, you will receive a handout with plenty of information and suggestions for home, so you can integrate smoking into your daily life even after the hike. This course is for everyone who wants to connect nature, mindfulness, and ancient smoking traditions.
