Hike to the Usselner Soul Places with simple Qigong elements

Under this motto, you will hike with me to the soul places of Usseln and learn some simple Qigong exercises to relax in harmony with nature! I look forward to seeing you!

Cost per person: €10, hiking time: 2.5 hours, with 2 soul places in Usseln as the destination. Registration is absolutely necessary and can be made via mobile at 01522 1612555.

Minimum number of participants: 4 people. If there are not enough registered participants, you will be notified by phone.
Tip: sturdy shoes with tread and weatherproof clothing. Those who wish can bring hiking or walking poles.
