The award-winning oboist and singer-songwriter Miriam Hanika captivates with her unique style that combines classical virtuosity with poetic songwriting. Through her playful transitions between singing, oboe, English horn, and piano, she is a remarkable talent who sets new standards as a musical multi-talent. Lyrical texts, a warm oboe tone, and exceptional arrangements, whether solo or with the Poetry Orchestra or as a trio. Since March 2025, she has been on tour with her program "Inner Life." With her new album, she focuses on the search for identity in an increasingly colder world. What’s special about it is that everything feels coherent and authentic; "a touching, profound work that navigates the boundaries of genres and cultures while striking its own poetic tone."
