Spring is coming! To celebrate, we are introducing 3 wines to you today. We start with the Pey Blanc from Aix-en-Provence. Vermentino, Clairette, and Ugni Blanc make this white wine what it is. Delicate peach notes with a hint of white flowers. The perfect start to spring. After that, we will taste our Baum's Pinot Blanc together. Soft notes of light fruits and a floral finish. A typical Pinot Blanc from Lake Constance that leaves you wanting more… For the finale, we travel to Veneto in the Valpolicella region. From the Buglioni winery, we present the white wine "il disperato," made from 100% Garganega grapes. Full-bodied, fruity, and low in acidity, with fine notes of exotic fruits like mango and lychee, this wine is a special companion. Whether with fried fish, curry, or just on its own. Tasting fee: €17 per person (will be deducted from purchases over €40 that evening). Registration: Not required. We always welcome spontaneous visits.
