With a colorful mix of chansons from days gone by and unforgettable hits from the wild era of Berlin's variety shows, the Vintage Sisters take you into passionate musical worlds. Featuring Anke Blohmann (vocals) and Dorothee Hermanni (piano). Their current program "Just a Little Bit of Happiness..." explores the timeless themes of longing and love, along with its twists and turns, presented with a wink, musical creativity, and a touch of theater and film. The story is set in 1927 and begins in the deep Swabian countryside: Henriette, an innocent, shy, hopelessly romantic woman, who dreams of another life while reading cheap novels, one day dares to travel to one of the most exciting metropolises in the world: Berlin! A dance on the volcano begins - and soon no man and no bar is safe from her... Anke Blohmann (vocals) and Dorothee Hermanni (piano) have developed their own unique format, something between a concert, theater, and cabaret… let yourself be enchanted!
