Her great art lies in presenting oddities and serious topics with a wink. Laughter as a coping strategy – about time, disruptions, and goals; what one misses, what one has, and where one should go. In the end, there remains the hope that everything is somehow manageable. No one has spoken of perfection.

In recent years, Eva Karl Faltermeier has quickly made a name for herself in the scene, receiving and presenting awards, and appearing in and hosting television shows. "I want people to laugh, think, and feel comfortable at the same time," says Eva. "Cabaret is for me a way to reflect on the world and bring a smile to people's faces – even about themselves and, above all: about my mistakes."
