HOAMAT OPEN AIR SUMMER: FALCO IN CONCERT

On August 13, 2026, the HOAMAT OPEN AIR will become the stage for a unique concert experience: FALCO IN CONCERT – LIVE ON SCREEN. Few Austrian artists have shaped the music world like Falco – his songs remain cult classics to this day, and his aura is unmatched. With this special show format, the feeling of a real Falco concert returns to the stage. Instead of a classic tribute show, you can expect a spectacular multimedia concert performance: Falco appears in original footage on a large LED wall, while his original band plays live and in sync with the legendary Danube Island concert from 1993. This is complemented by a high-profile lineup of Austrian singers who create unique virtual duets and goosebump moments alongside Falco on screen. No imitation, no playback – but an artistically high-quality illusion where live singing and historical video sequences merge into a vibrant live experience.

Behind the project are Falco's original musicians, including Thomas Rabitsch (musical director, keyboards), Bernhard Rabitsch, Robert Pistracher, Peter Paul Skrepek, Peter Vieweger, Florian Holoubek, and others. Well-known Austrian artists such as Ana Milva Gomes, Tini Kainrath, Drew Sarich, Georgij Makazaria, Edita Malovcic, Roman Gregory, Johannes Krisch, and Skero reinterpret the iconic songs with great respect for Falco's legacy.

What began as a musical tribute in the Vienna cult club U4 has developed into an international success format, celebrated on TV stages, festivals, and tours in Austria, Germany, and Switzerland. In 2026, this show concept will come to the HOAMAT OPEN AIR for the first time – an evening for fans, music lovers, and anyone looking to discover or rediscover Falco's music.
