MEDIO2: TriAnima - re:loaded

The program "re:colored" is an auditory exploration of color, emotion, and contrasts. With harp, clarinet, and cello – an unusual, richly colored ensemble – TriAnima reinterprets classical and contemporary works and arranges familiar pieces in surprisingly different ways. They build bridges between classical, jazz, and modern music: well-known works like "La La Land" or "In the Hall of the Mountain King" are presented in a fresh guise. A special role is played by Gilad Cohen's original composition "Trio for a Spry Clarinet, Weeping Cello, and Ruminating Harp," which expands the program sonically. The core of the performance is the commissioned composition by Fabio Devigilio: re:colored. Josef Heiml Hall, start at 7:30 PM.
