Peace for Korneuburg, Peace for the World

On December 24th, a Peace Light service will take place at 11:00 AM in the main square of Korneuburg. This will be held as an ecumenical event by the city parish church, represented by Pastor Stefan Koller and Pastor Anneliese Peterson from the Evangelical Church of Korneuburg. The Peace Light is traditionally delivered by the Dragoon Regiment and will be distributed to the citizens during the service. From noon onwards, the Peace Light will be available for pickup at the city parish church, the Evangelical Church, and the ABC Defense Center Korneuburg.

At 4:00 PM, the Children's Mass with a Nativity play will begin at the city parish church of St. Ägyd, concluding with the festive sounds of a tower brass ensemble in the main square. The Christian celebrations will end at 10:00 PM with the Christmas Mass at the city parish church of St. Ägyd.
