Learn more about the (construction) history of today's Protestant Regiswindis Church. Until the Reformation, it was a pilgrimage church. Cost: €5/person. High above the Neckar River stands this impressive church, a landmark of the town of Lauffen with a colorful history. The origins of the church date back almost 1200 years. The "Lauffen Sunday Tour" shares facts, dates, and stories about this remarkable sacred building. The Regiswindis Church has not always been seen in its current size and beauty. From the beginning of the settlement of the church hill to the legend of Regiswindis and up to the present day, there is much to learn.
