Cheerful citrus scents, invigorating rosemary, strengthening bay laurel, and other essential oils are valuable companions during the spring season. They provide us with momentum, freshness, energy, and clarity for both inner and outer cleansing. They are also helpful companions during the fasting period. We will learn recipes that leave no chance for spring fatigue, ensure good air quality, promote a clear mind, and invigorate the body. There are also recipes for muscle soreness after a bike ride. Together, we will mix a fitness oil for refreshing massages. Material costs for a 50 ml body oil: €8.50.
