Photo exhibition U18 meets Ü80 in the Town Hall Gallery

Let's call it "intergenerational encounters," which took place at the Linz HTL1 School of Construction and Design in the autumn of 2023 and spring of 2024. 16/17-year-old students from the graphic design department photographed 80-year-old seniors in the school's own studio, where capturing the right moment was essential, and the trained eye depicted what was significant. The result is a series of digital black-and-white photographs with a wink, as the individuals were asked to bring a personal item. Under the professional guidance of instructor Arnold Walter, the senior models – 6 women and 5 men – were illuminated properly, and they will now be presented to the public once again in Waidhofen an der Ybbs, Weyer in the Ennstal, Wels, Linz, and Ansfelden.
