In the southern Weinviertel, specifically in the renowned wine village of Hagenbrunn, the Ott family passionately operates a Heuriger and a winery.
In mid-April 2018, the Heurigen establishment was renovated. The modern yet traditional style of the new venue further emphasizes the coziness and hospitality of the winemaking family. The winter garden, built in 2015, is perfect for celebrations.
In addition to the traditional Heurigen buffet – featuring warm and cold dishes – seasonal specialties such as asparagus and pumpkin cream soup, veal stew, and game dishes are offered.
It is best to combine wine purchases with a visit to the Buschenschank to enjoy the top-quality wines as well as the extensive Heurigen buffet.
The wide range includes the spicy Weinviertel DAC and mixed varieties, all the way to the elegant Cuvée Reserve 2015, which won the Salon Bundessieger in the category of cuvées and other varieties in 2017, bringing accolades to the Weinviertel. In 2018, Andreas Ott was also inducted into the Salon with the subsequent vintage of the Cuvée Reserve.
