Cuvée Workshop: Create Your Favorite Wine Yourself

In this special workshop, you will become a winemaker yourself and discover how passion, curiosity, and a little bit of experimentation can create a unique cuvée. A wine tailored to your taste – individual, characterful, and unmistakable! After a brief introduction to the art of blending, you will taste selected cuvées and varietal wines – matured drops with their own character and exciting nuances. Then the real adventure begins: by combining different wines in various proportions, you will create your very own flavor profile. Whether fruity and elegant, robust and full-bodied, or finely balanced – the result is as unique as you are. Finally, you will bottle your own cuvée, label it, and take your personal wine home with you – a delightful reminder of a special experience. Available for groups of 10 to 15 people. Services include a 6-wine tasting, 1 bottle of water, farmhouse bread, and a small snack, as well as the option to take home your own bottle. Duration: approximately 3 hours.
