Spring Herb Hike at Hintersee

On our joint herbal hike, we discover powerful plants that grow right by the wayside, often inconspicuous yet so full of energy:
We will get to know the most important spring herbs and learn how to identify them safely.
Many of these early plants provide us with life energy and naturally support the body in detoxifying and cleansing after the winter months.
This hike invites us to perceive nature, open our senses, and consciously get to know the wild spring plants. At the end, we will enjoy an herbal drink and taste flower spread on bread.
Food costs of €3.00 per person are already included in the course fee. Course leader: Renate Ebner.
Please bring: good footwear, weatherproof clothing, writing materials. The course can be booked online.
