On mild summer evenings, the Gasthof zum Hirschen invites you to enjoy delightful barbecue evenings in the heart of the thermal and volcanic region. Every Tuesday in July and August is dedicated to open fire, regional delicacies, and relaxed togetherness. Reservations are requested. The evening begins at 6:00 PM in a calm atmosphere, before the diverse barbecue buffet opens at 6:30 PM. On the large charcoal grill, juicy specialties are created that will delight true grill fans and make summer a culinary experience. Fresh side dishes and lovingly curated delicacies round off the buffet harmoniously. Here’s what you can expect at the barbecue evening:
