An older widower thanks for a custom-made dog collar with a name tag "Oskarla." Surprisingly, the one responsible for this work responds – an inmate of a correctional facility. The dog collar is part of the offerings on the website "Mit Haftung" (With Responsibility). What starts as a formal dialogue soon becomes more, a exchange between two very quirky characters who neither address their mutual sense of being lost nor their respective captivity... but still let it be felt.
