Welcome to the fascinating world of mushrooms: Spring mushrooms

Mushrooms are fascinating beings that have existed on Earth for millions of years. Discover the diverse world of mushrooms, their healing properties, their role in the kitchen, and tips for distinguishing edible varieties from toxic look-alikes. The workshop begins with a theoretical introduction lasting 1 to 1.5 hours. This is followed by an excursion (max. 30 minutes by car) to a nearby forest. The findings will be discussed during the hike or afterwards.

Good footwear, rain protection, a basket or cloth bag (no plastic), a pocket knife, and possibly a magnifying glass are recommended.

Participants should have their own car or a carpool option. For those who do not have a car or a ride, there is the possibility to travel with the instructor. Please indicate this when registering.
