3D Archery Tournament in Riegersburg

On Saturday, May 9, 2026, Riegersburg will serve as a spectacular backdrop for an extraordinary sports experience from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM. At the exclusive 3D archery tournament for hobby archers, participants will experience the historic castle complex from entirely new perspectives. Organized by Naturbursch Training Riegersburg, the event opens areas of the castle grounds that are not normally accessible to the public – and where shooting is never allowed outside of this tournament. The specially designed course leads along a unique route up to Riegersburg. The starting point is in the high ropes course, where the first 3D animal targets await on the way to the castle. After passing the treasury, the route goes off the regular paths, through vineyards and hidden terrain. Archers will shoot at realistic animal replicas at varying distances – focus, precision, and respectful interaction with nature and the terrain are the main priorities. The tournament is specifically aimed at hobby shooters and concludes with a festive awards ceremony in the tavern of Riegersburg.

The entry fee is €20 for adults and €10 for children; admission to the entire castle grounds is included. Registration is open now via email at office@naturbursch.at.
