Peter Bader, on the occasion of the 50th anniversary of the Jazz Seminar, provides insights into his research project on the history of popular music in Vorarlberg from 1926 to 2026. In his reading and lecture, he corrects previous assumptions, opens new perspectives on the region's music history, and establishes popular music research at the Dornbirn Jazz Seminar. The evening will be musically accompanied by Emilia Mutschlechner and Andreas Broger.
