While you take in the wonderful views of the evening atmosphere over Lake Constance, a fisherman will share fascinating stories from his daily life. What does a fisherman need for fishing, and how do the fish end up in the net? All of this is known by Andreas Geiger – a long-time and experienced professional fisherman from the lakeside community of Uhldingen-Mühlhofen. Whether it's whitefish, trout, or char – he is well acquainted with the specialties of Lake Constance fish. He treats the guests' taste buds with a selection of freshly caught fish finger food, complemented by a fine wine presented by a sommelier from the Peter Krause winery. Do you know where the grape varieties from Lake Constance come from and which wine complements a dish? While the captain of the MS Insel Mainau continues the course on the shimmering water, the Peter Krause winery will inform you about the history of viticulture in the Lake Constance region. Experience an evening of fish & wine and enjoy the evening atmosphere on Lake Constance. After this special boat trip, you will not only be an expert on Lake Constance fish and wine but will also take home one thing above all – unforgettable lakeside holiday moments. Good to know: Minors will receive a free non-alcoholic drink instead of wine. Please note: Minimum number of participants: 35 people. Boarding the ship is approximately 15 minutes before departure at the ship landing stage, Hafen Unteruhldingen. If the trip must be canceled due to a lack of participants or bad weather, all participants will be informed promptly, and the already paid ticket price will be refunded.
