The Stollen Market in Brand-Erbisdorf is characterized by the preservation of the 800-year-old mining tradition in the Ore Mountains. A highlight is the nighttime mountain procession on Friday evening. The festively decorated huts in the marketplace offer gift items and Christmas decorations, as well as mulled wine, bratwurst, and other culinary specialties this weekend. Another highlight is the cutting of the several-meter-long Christstollen on Saturday. Christmas music and a visit from Santa Claus for the children create a joyful atmosphere for the visitors.
