The Schwarzenberg Christmas Market is rightly considered one of the most romantic and beautiful Christmas markets in Saxony. For ten days, from the Friday before the second Advent to the third Advent Sunday, it enchants visitors with a diverse program and a special atmosphere. The festively decorated streets and alleys feature selected stalls, while the castle courtyard invites you to immerse yourself in past times with a medieval market. Special attractions such as the Christmas mountain with life-sized figures and the oldest large pyramid in the world impress, as do the numerous exhibitions in the city area.
