ANARCHY - Democracy is on the Brink
Sylvie-Sophie Schindler

Democracy is on the brink - and no one can save it. Lies, corruption, and contempt for citizens are the order of the day, while autocrats around the world wait for their moment. But who says we have to put up with this? Sylvie-Sophie Schindler proposes completely stepping away from the party system and forging our own paths free from hierarchies. Her book "Anarchy - Now or Never!" published by Westend Verlag, is a call for a paradigm shift: radical, intelligent, and profoundly human. In her accompanying lecture, she demonstrates that anarchy is not a threat, but the most consistent form of humanity. Finally, the idea of anarchy is being revived as an alternative to the existing order. In line with the historical slogan: "Amore, anarchia, subito!" - Love, Anarchy, now! The idea of a society free from domination was already propagated in ancient Rome, but it never had a real chance. We can change that, without chaos, without violence. Let's go: We can do all the things that politics fails to achieve, better. One thing is already certain: Anarchy is the greatest declaration of love for the self-determined individual. Sylvie-Sophie Schindler is trained in philosophy and education and works in journalism. She started at the Süddeutsche Zeitung and worked for many years as a freelance local reporter for the Münchner Merkur.
